Orange Breakfast Cookies
Easy peasy protein cookies! These protein packed cookies are loaded with orange zest for a super delicious combination of chocolate and orange. This recipe is plant-based, gluten-free, sugar-free and oil and butter free. A totally guilt-free protein treat!

- 1 large ripe mushed banana
- 80g gluten-free oats
- 1 Zest from orange
- 60g chocolate soya protein
- 15g stevia
- 50g dairy-free chocolate pieces

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja food processor and the plastic dough blade, add mushed banana, oats, orange zest, chocolate protein and stevia and select low for approximately 45-60 seconds to allow the wet and dry ingredients to combine thoroughly.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and place in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.

Pre-heat your Ninja Mini Oven to 175C degree, form the cookies by rolling them into a ball and and then flatten them with the back of a spoon to form a cookie shape, add chocolate pieces and place the cookies on a tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Place in the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes. You don’t want to over bake these breakfast cookies as you want them gooey in the centre.

Remove from the oven and enjoy.
