Step 1
Ina large bowl, cover the pork steaks with170gOXO Chinese Marinade (reserving the 2 tablespoons for the slaw dressing).Allow steaks to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
To install the grill plate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits in place, then close the lid.
Step 3
Turn dial to GRILL, set the temperature to HIand set the time to 18 minutes. SelectSTART/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 8 minutes).
Step 4
When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated and“ADD FOOD” is displayed, place the marinated pork steaks on grill plate. Close lidto begin cooking.
Step 5
When the unit beeps and displays FLIP, open the lidand flip the pork. Close lidto continue cooking.
Step 6
Cooking is complete when pork reads 75°C on an instant read thermometer. When cooking is complete, remove steaks from grill.
Step 7
In a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients together to make the Asianslaw. Serve thepork steaks with the slaw.
