Pineapple and Sumac Sorbet
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 220g Fresh chopped pineapple
- 220g tinned pineapple chunks
- 1 lime (Zest and juice)
- 2 tsp sumac powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
Utensils

Step 1
Chop the fresh pineapple and mix with the sugar, lime zest and juice into a bowl

Add the sumac powder

Add the tinned pineapple juice and stir together

Add to the CREAMi cup and place in the freezer over night – giving at least 24 hours to set

Step 5
When ready to serve, remove the cup from the freezer and into the Ninja CREAMi. Select the sorbet option and allow five minutes to churn
