Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 tbsp Butter, Divided
- 200g Pudding Rice
- 150 ml Water
- 600 ml Milk
- 75g Caster Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom/Cinnamon/Vanilla/Nutmeg (optional)
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 100ml Evaporated Milk

Step 1
Select Saute on Ninja Foodi.

Add Butter and once melted stir in Rice.

Mix to coat.

Add Water, Milk, Sugar and stir till combined.

Add optional add ins if desired.

Close the lid and turn the valve to seal.

Step 7
Set to Manual at 14 minutes and Select high.

Step 8
Do a quick release by carefully turning the valve to vent.

Step 9
Open the lid and quickly whisk in the Evaporated Milk and Egg.

Select saute and stir for 30 seconds.
