Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 tbsp Butter, Divided
- 200g Pudding Rice
- 150 ml Water
- 600 ml Milk
- 75g Caster Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom/Cinnamon/Vanilla/Nutmeg (optional)
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 100ml Evaporated Milk
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Select Saute on Ninja Foodi. 
- 
								Step 2Add Butter and once melted stir in Rice. 
- 
								Step 3Mix to coat. 
- 
								Step 4Add Water, Milk, Sugar and stir till combined. 
- 
								Step 5Add optional add ins if desired. 
- 
								Step 6Close the lid and turn the valve to seal. 
- 
								Step 7Set to Manual at 14 minutes and Select high. 
- 
								Step 8Do a quick release by carefully turning the valve to vent. 
- 
								Step 9Open the lid and quickly whisk in the Evaporated Milk and Egg. 
-
