Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 130g lardon cubes
  • 800g pork sausages
  • 2 red onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery sticks, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tbsp sundried tomato purée
  • 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 x 400g can butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 200ml red wine
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to the pot. Stir to combine, then cover with the lid. 

  • Step 2

    Turn dial to BRAISE, set temperature to HI, set time to 3 hours, and press START/STOP to begin cooking.  

  • Step 3

    When cooking is complete, remove lid. Remove bay leaf and stir ingredients to combine. Serve immediately.
