Spinach & Ricotta Filled Pancakes
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 125g cooked baby spinach leaves, liquid squeezed out, roughly chopped
- 125g ricotta cheese
- 25g grated Parmesan, or vegetarian equivalent
- Pinch nutmeg
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, as desired
- 2 cooked pancakes

Step 1
Flip unit down to the horizontal position and push the lever back all the way until it clicks into position.

In a medium bowl, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, half the Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture onto the pancakes, then roll up. Then place pancakes on grill tray and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Step 3
Insert tray in unit. Select BAKE, select MED and set the timer to 10-12 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

When cooking is complete, remove tray from unit and serve immediately.
