Utensils
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C and grease and line a 9x9in baking tin.
Step 2
First place the dates in a pan with 100ml water with the lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Add in the maple syrup and cool a little.
Step 3
Place the oats into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and whizz up to form a flour consistency. Add in the granola, cinnamon, oil, nut butter and syrup and pulse a few times until combined.
Step 4
Press half of the mixture into the base of the tin and spread out evenly. Place the date mixture into a blender and whizz up until thick and smooth.
Step 5
Spread this over the base to cover. Sprinkle over the remaining oat mixture to cover then bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Leave to cool for 10 minutes, mark out 12 bars then cool completely and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Now enjoy!
