Strawberry Sorbet
This is the perfect dessert to make for a special occasion, such as Valentine’s Day! It’s simple, delicious and a real crowd-pleaser. Serve with fresh fruit and even a bit of grated dark chocolate for a luxurious yet refreshing plant-based sweet treat.

- 300g frozen strawberries
- 1/2 Juice lemon
- 4 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 6 tbsp maple syrup

Step 1
Place all the ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to stop a few times to scrape down the sides and blend again to ensure every bit is blended!

Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer. If serving from the freezer allow the sorbet to sit at room temperate for 5 minutes before serving.
