Sunflower & Wild Garlic Spread
Cooking mode

- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- water
- salt
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 1/2 juice from lemon
Utensils

Step 1
Soak 1 cup of sunflower seeds in the water overnight. They will puff a little and get softer.

Step 2
Cut the wild garlic greens into smaller pieces, place them in the blender and roughly blend.

Step 3
After soaking, drain the water and wash the seeds with fresh cold water.

Step 4
Place sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of cold water, lemon juice and salt in the blender and blend until smooth.

Step 5
Add 2 tbsp previously blended wild garlic, and blend for another 30 seconds.

Step 6
Eat right away or keep in air tight container up to 3 days.
