Cooking mode

- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and quartered.
- 350ml greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1
Place all the ingredients into the 2.1L jug in the order listed.

Press LOW and blend for 10-15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
