Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (about 20g)
- 150g oats
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Seeds from vanilla pod (or vanilla extract)
- Pinch salt
- 100ml almond milk
- Toppings of choice
- Coconut oil for cooking
Utensils

Step 1
Combine all of your ingredients in your blender and blitz to a smooth batter. You can add a little extra milk here if your batter is too thick.

Step 2
Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and pour in a small amount fo the mixture. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook on the other side.

Step 3
Repeat for the remaining mixture, then stack and add all of your favourite toppings.
