Vegan Easter Bunny Pancakes

Quick and easy to make, get the family involved in making these bunny shaped pancakes this Easter.

Utensils required


  • 1 large, mashed banana
  • 120g self-raising flour
  • 160ml dairy free milk
  • 25ml maple syrup
  • Toppings of choice

Cooking mode

  • Step 1

    In your Ninja add the mashed banana, flour, milk and maple syrup and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Heat a pan on a medium heat and if the pan requires it, add a tiny bit of oil. For two bunnies you’ll need to make 2 large circles, 2 medium, 2 small, 4 feet and 4 ear shapes.

  • Step 3

    Be creative and just ensure you cook them until bubbles appear, flip them over and cook for a minute or so on the other side.

  • Step 4

    Arrange in a bunny shape, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
