Step 1
Place potatoes, milk and salt in the Combi Pan and stir to combine. Slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl toss sausages, red pepper, red onion with oil and season, as desired. Then place on Bake Tray. Slide the tray into Level 2.
Step 3
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperature to 190°C and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 8minutes before cooking).
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove the pan, roughly mash the vegetables using a non-metallicpotato masher or the back of a wooden spoon or spatula. Stir in butter,salt and pepper, as desired until combined.
Step 5
Serve potato mash with sausages, peppers and red onions.
