Cooking mode

- 125g unsalted butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
- 25g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 125g plain flour
- 25g corn flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan170°C.

Grease the Ninja Foodi Zerostick Medium Baking Tray with butter as needed.

In a large bowl, beat the butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence until pale and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Using a wooden spoon, stir in the flour and corn flour until fully combined.

Spoon the biscuit dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle, then pipe 8-10 whirls or rings onto the greased tray, leaving room for them to spread a little during baking. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Transfer biscuits to oven and bake for 12 to 5 minutes. Cooking is complete when the biscuits are pale, golden, and soft to the touch.

When cooking is complete, allow biscuits to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to complete cool.

Once cool, dust biscuits with icing sugar.
