Apple Pie Milkshake
When you’re craving a slice of pie just whip up an Apple Pie Milkshake. It’s super simple to make and packed full of autumnal flavours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
For a stronger apple flavour replace 100ml of milk with cold-pressed apple juice. Instead of using Biscoff biscuits in the milkshake sub for 2-4 tbsp Biscoff spread.

Cooking mode

For the milkshake
- 150ml plant-based milk of choice
- 125ml apple puree
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 Biscoff or digestive biscuits
- 4-8 ice cubes
- 2 scoops plant-based vanilla ice cream
To serve
- Agave nectar or Biscoff spread
- Crushed biscoff biscuits
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Apple slices
Utensils

Step 1
Take a highball glass and dip the rim in agave nectar or Biscoff spread then dip and gently roll in a plate of crushed Biscoff crumbs. Set glass to one side.

Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.

Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.

To blend, double-click the Blend Button.

Step 5
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.

Transfer to rimmed glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, more crushed Biscoff, and apple slices if desired.
