Blueberry Coffee Breakfast Smoothie
When you’re looking for a delicious but healthy breakfast on the go then this Blueberry Coffee Breakfast Smoothie is the perfect treat. For an ever yummier treat serve with whipped cream and berries.
If no time to chill coffee add 4-8 ice cubes after the first blend and blend again.

Cooking mode

For the smoothie
- 60ml strong espresso, chilled
- 175ml milk of choice
- 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 35g frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp gluten-free porridge oats or quinoa flakes
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Medjool date, pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
To serve
- Almond butter
- Whipped Cream
- Gluten-free porridge oats or quinoa flakes
- Frozen or fresh blackberries or blueberries
Utensils

Step 1
Take a highball glass and drizzle almond butter on the inside. Set glass to one side.

Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.

Step 3
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.

To blend, double-click the Blend Button.

When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.

Transfer to prepared glass, top with whipped cream, more almond butter, oats, and berries if desired.
