Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

TIP: This deliciously, indulgent frozen yogurt is a great alternative to ice cream. 

NOTE: If your freezer is too cold, the frozen yogurt may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RESPIN to process the mixture a little more.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 90g plain whole milk yogurt
  • 136g double cream
  • 136g whole milk
  • 70g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place yogurt, double cream, milk, sugar and vanilla into bowl, and whisk until mixture is fully combined and sugar is dissolved. 

  • Step 2

    Pour into tub, to fill line, not beyond. 

  • Step 3

    Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours. 

  • Step 4

    Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Please use the Quick Start Guide for bowl assembly and unit interaction information. 

  • Step 5

    Select ICE CREAM.

  • Step 6

    Once processing is complete, remove frozen yogurt from tub and serve immediately with desired toppings.
