Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bites
No-bake snacks are so tasty and easy to make. Try this gluten free peanut butter cookie dough recipe for something different.

- 130g gluten free oats
- 100g salted peanut butter
- 60ml maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g dairy free chocolate
- 40g melted coconut oil

Step 1
Blend the oats in the food processor bowl on high, until you have a rough flour consistency

Pour the oat flour into a bowl with everything except the chocolate

Break the chocolate into chunks and place in the processor bowl, using the chop option until you are left with small chunks

Add the chocolate to the bowl and mix everything together into a thick cookie dough

Press the mixture into a lined 7×7 inch cake tin

Place in the fridge for an hour to set before cutting into squares

Store in the fridge
