PB & J Roll Ups

These Gluten-Free PB & J Roll Ups make a fun breakfast or snack. Perfect for little fingers, or big ones, they’re packed full of delicious peanut butter, jam, and fresh strawberries.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 6 slices gluten-free bread, crusts removed
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 6 tsp peanut butter
  • 6 tsp strawberry jam or strawberry fruit spread
  • 6 small fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • Chocolate spread or Nutella (optional)

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Using a rolling pin, roll out the bread slices until very thin.

  • Step 2

    Butter one side of the bread then spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter per slice on top, coming right to the edges.

  • Step 3

    Spread 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam, per slice, working to two thirds of the way up. Add the diced fresh strawberries at the bottom of the slice then carefully roll up the bread. Repeat for all slices.

  • Step 4

    Line the bake tray with a small piece of parchment then lay the roll ups seam side down. Spread the tops and sides with any remaining butter.

  • Step 5

    Flip the unit down to horizontal position and push the lever back to lock in place and insert tray into the unit.

  • Step 6

    Select BAKE, select HIGH temperature and set the timer to 14 minutes. Select START/STOP to start. Cooking will begin when tray is correctly inserted. Bake for 12 minutes before checking to see if golden brown. If not cook for a further 2 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Carefully remove and serve immediately. Drizzle over chocolate spread or nutella if you wish and enjoy!
