Banana Oat Bars
The most simple recipe with ingredients you probably already have at home! These banana oat bars are delicious for a on-the-go breakfast, mid-morning snack or afternoon pick-me-up. They’re gluten free, vegan and only contain a few ingredients. The perfect quick bake!

- 5 ripe bananas
- 360g oats
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch salt
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. 
- 
								Step 2Add the bananas to your blender along with the maple syrup and blend until smooth. 
- 
								Step 3In a mixing bowl combine the banana and maple syrup mixture with the oats, cinnamon and pinch of salt. Mix well. 
- 
								Step 4Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture, pressing down firmly until compact. 
- 
								Step 5Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. 
-
