This Blackberry Iced Coffee is the perfect midday pick-me-up. The floral notes of the blackberries compliment the coffee flavour perfectly.
If no time to chill coffee add 4-8 ice cubes and blend a second time.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 175ml milk of choice (plant-based works best)
- 65ml strong espresso, chilled
- 70g frozen blackberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Frozen or fresh blackberries, to serve
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Turn the blender ON by holding the power button. 
- 
								Step 2Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.

								Step 3To blend, double-click the Blend Button. 
- 
								Step 4When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off. Repeat blending process if necessary. 
- 
								Step 5Strain the liquid through a fine meshed sieve into a jug. 
- 
								Step 6Fill a highball glass with ice and frozen blackberries, then pour over the iced coffee and serve with extra blackberries on top for decoration.
