Coffee & Walnut Bliss Balls

The perfect mid-morning or afternoon pick me up. Enjoy a few with your favourite hot drink and you won’t be disappointed that you took 10 minutes to whizz these together.

  • 220g dates
  • 90g walnuts
  • 60g oats
  • 4 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 50g peanut butter
  • Optional Cacao powder for roll in

Cooking mode

  • Step 1

    Simply place the dates, walnuts, oats, coffee powder and peanut butter in the blender and blend until combined.

  • Step 2

    Roll into approximately 16 balls and place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Should you wish roll in some cacao powder before eating. Enjoy!
