Grilled Salmon with Fresh Salad & Grilled Corn

Ingredients

For the salmon

  • 2 pieces of salmon, or any other dish you like

For the marinate

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove or 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
  • A pinch dried dill
  • A pinch chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice

For the salad

  • Fresh leafs, baby leafs, salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Rocket
  • 2 Corn on the cob, cooked

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    To make marinate, mix all ingredients together until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Using the brush, brush the fish with the marinate and set aside for a few minutes.

  • Step 3

    In the meantime heat up the grill. It will take about 8min

  • Step 4

    Once the grill it’s ready, place the fish in, set the max temperature and 10 min time

  • Step 5

    Half way grilling add the corn and then the fish.

  • Step 6

    Grill until the time it’s over. If you want your corn more charred, just grill it for additional 3-5 min

  • Step 7

    Serve with fresh salad, sprinkled with olive oil.
