- 1 small (400g) white loaf
Utensils

Step 1
Cut crusts off bread. Grate or place into a food processor or blender and pulse until broken into chunky breadcrumbs

Line oven tray with baking parchment. Arrange breadcrumbs in a single layer on parchment. Turn unit ON. Select BAKE, set temperature to 140°C, and set time to 12 minutes. Select START / STOP to begin preheating

Once unit has preheated, place tray in oven. Bake for 12 minutes, stirring breadcrumbs once or twice. Ensure the breadcrumbs are dry otherwise bake for a few more minutes.
Can leave to dry out in oven with door open -

Once fully cooled, store in an airtight container for up to 1 month
