Smoked Guacamole
TIP If you prefer chunky guacamole, PULSE 1-2 times.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- ½ small red onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 small red chilli, deseeded
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 large tomato, deseeded and quartered
- 10g fresh coriander, leaves
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Juice of half a lime
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Tortilla chips, to serve
Utensils
- Griddle pan

Step 1
Cut avocados in half and remove stone. Brush with oil and place on a preheated griddle pan. Grill for 2-4 minutes until grill lines appear. Allow to cool.

Place onion, chilli, garlic, tomato and coriander into the bowl, then install the blade assembly.

Step 3
Press PULSE 2-3 times until roughly chopped. Twist Power Paddle anti-clockwise continuously while blending.

Step 4
Add avocado, sprinkle over lime juice and seasoning. Press PULSE 2-4 times until the desired consistency is reached.

Step 5
Remove blades after blending and serve with tortilla chips.
