Ingredients

  • 200g peppered smoked mackerel fillets, skin removed and broken into pieces
  • 1/2 Zest and juice of lemon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in the BOWL in the order listed, then install the blade assembly.

  • Step 2

    Select POWERMIX, then twist Power Paddle anti-clockwise continuously while blending until program is complete.

  • Step 3

    Remove blades after blending.

  • Step 4

    NOTE: If you prefer a chunkier pâté, select PULSE.
