- 160g drained kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 anchovies
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled
- 50ml olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves

Step 1
Place all ingredients into the CUP, then install the blade assembly.

Select PULSE 3-4 times until roughly chopped.

Remove blades after blending. Serve tapenade on sliced baguette bread.
