Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the Combi Pan andstir to combine. Slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 2
In a large bowl,place all level 2 ingredients and stir until combined. Allow to sit for 60 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer 1 ½ tablespoons of themarinade to the BakeTray, then placethe tofu and vegetablesonto thetray.Slide the tray into Level 2.
Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBICOOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperatureto 175°C and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 7 minutes before cooking).
Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Stirand fluff the rice, thenserve with tofu and vegetables.
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the Combi Pan andstir to combine. Slide the pan into Level 1.
