Who doesn’t love Oreos? Now you can enjoy a super moist vegan banana bread bites that are deliciously rich in banana and sweet from the chocolate Oreo pieces. This recipe can be easily adapted to gluten-free by swapping to a GF flour.

- 200g ripe mushed banana, ½ tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 140g brown sugar
- 50g white sugar
- 90g dairy-free butter
- 150g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 10 crushed Oreos cookie

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the dough blade add in the mushed bananas salt, brown and white sugar and select low for approximately 45-60 seconds for the ingredients to mix well together.

Add in the dairy free butter, flour and baking powder and pulse for a further 45-60 seconds.

Pour some of the crushed Oreo biscuits in the cake batter and mix with a spoon.

Pre-heat your Ninja Foodi Flip Oven at 170C degrees (if you are using a conventional oven pre-heat the oven at the beginning).

Pour the batter in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and add extra Oreo pieces on top and place in the oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
